Ponchatoula Storage 2 Annex, Albany location, amazing customer service. The ladies were sweet, funny, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She worked with what was needed, make sure paper work getting through. the property was cleaner than ever seen. Main office is just a bit down the road and new ladies in the office was amazing. Highly recommend this facility. It was a joy and the business was accommodating, thanks.

Renting on line was easy and they had great discounts for many different size units. The rental area is clean and well lit. I feel secure leaving my items here for storage. Staff is always available on line, by phone or email.

I opened a unit at the Albany location and the customer service was AMAZING. She was so sweet and we had some pretty funny conversation while getting through the paper work! She worked with what I needed and made sure I could get my unit! Highly recommend!!
