I got an informed delivery of one of my bills on Monday. Today is Thursday. Where is my bill? This happens frequently. So to say that I am angry is true.

Today I spent nearly 3 hours applying to work at the post office or deliver mail. Then the website said I had to take an evaluation. It was a half hour evaluation asking questions about customer service, co-workers, work environment, etc. the site then told me that I had failed the evaluation and listed all of my applications as rejected. So I wasted half my day only to be told I was ineligible because of a half-hour multiple choice test where literally every answer seemed like the same answer just written differently. I can’t help but feel like this is a civil rights violation. You’re not even letting people apply based on what an automatically scored online evaluation says before anyone even looks over their work experience, college degree, etc? The mail delivery workers are constantly complaining how understaffed they are and having to work late hours and deliver mail late, but the computer can just reject people’s applications automatically based on a silly evaluation? People shouldn’t be judged off evaluations unless they are just to see if you can read and write. How are you supposed to hire people if you reject their applications before even reading them? I couldn’t get a hold of anyone with USPS so I’m posting this here.

I never have any issues until I receive a certified mail. They scan it and code that I rejected my certified letters. They've done this twice. An I've had to go to post office to pick up before the Fraudulent mail scanner steals my mail. An nothing is done about it. This office is waiting for a suit.

white lady with black hair is the rudest most unreasonable person i’ve ever met. however, every other worker has been nothing short of amazing. very fast, kind, and accommodating. i love this location and i always try to give great reviews on the surveys for everyone else!

2021 they returned my letter that I had sent to my friend and yes, it had the correct address. 2022 they told me that forwarding address of her mother's was expired. Names are similar but different. Will be sending the letter to the postmaster to see if they can fix the problem.

I use this post office frequently for work. The customer friendly staff refuse to let people wait in line. They are the most fun and helpful of any post office I have ever been to. I also receive my person mail at my house and time. I have no complaints with this group and I would highly recommend them for all of your mail and passport needs.

Horrible as they never keep your mail on hold when put in request, gets delivered anyways. They do not answer phone calls and are so rude.

So when did mail carriers make it a habit taking on the phone for personal use. I have a carrier that delivers our mail where talking on the phone. Seems rude I thought she gets paid to deliver mail and not talk on the phone. I tried to ask her question but she was non respondant. This will stop or I will ask the postmaster not to have her deliver our mail.... ever!

Ordered free Covid test kit. Rec’d opened empty packages. Package complaints system says I did not take out insurance. The loss is mine! What a ripoff.

For no apparent reason, “ no Kemp” (last name of resident/owner of address) was written inside our mail box door and we have not received some very important mail during the last week! The mail was shown on our “ informed delivery” emails that we receive each day but, not delivered. Thus far, the post office does not know why this happened nor where our mail was routed!!! Who knew that the postmaster is not readily available at the local post office?

Delivery driver won't deliver to my door because of a "dog hazard" but will deliver my neighbors packages to his back door 20 ft away. Our back doors face one another and the gate to my fence buts up against his. The hazardous dog she speaks of is an inside dog. What sense does this make? Now all of a sudden packages are saying delivered and not showing up at all. If there was a way to eliminate using USPS all together I would.

I had 6 packages “out for delivery” yesterday morning 7:30 ish. At 8:00 pm ish I re-tracked 1 of them and it stated:” package being held at ponchatoula post office at customer request “. As I tracked the rest of them, it repeatedly said they were being held. I did not ever ask for packages to be held. I was waiting all day and never saw mail person. In fact I did not receive any mail yesterday. I’m still waiting and hoping today…. Unacceptable

I haven't been receiving my packages. The carrier scans them as "no access to mailbox or front door". There is NOTHING blocking her access. She leaves no notices. I've reached out 6 times already to get answers/solve the problem & nobody EVER calls me back or can tell me what they've done with the missing packages. George "does not call people back" is what we were told. I've remained patient & kind but nobody will help me. Guess it doesn't matter to them because it's not THEIR mail/purchases that's missing. Very disappointing & frustrating.
