  I love this WalGreen Pharmacy department. The young man with the puffy hair always makes me laugh. My husband and I came to get our son’s prescription today and because of his welcoming funny personality, he made our day. He’s professional, funny, and awesome to interact with. Keep it up WalGreen Pharmacy. We love y’all.

  They are the WORST pharmacy ever. Always blame the doctor's office for not calling in prescription or they don't have the meds and need to order it. Who ever does the hiring may check to see if they have any type of common sense, initiative, or brain matter. Every time I have placed a refill, there is going to be an issue. And don't try to speak with someone as they are always helping other customers. Definitely changing to another pharmacy. Walgreens is too big, non-caring, and just the WORST.

  I called about the availability of Pneumovax 23, and they stated they had it. When I got to the store, they had Prevnar 20. They said it was the same thing. I told them no, and then they asked a person in the back, and they stated they did not have it. Watch yourself at this store they don't know what they are doing.

  Shout out to the pharmacist on the phone who took the time out of her day to track down a prescription that was out in lala land. Sure do appreciate the quick and friendly service.

  We were told that they didn’t have a prescription, but they had one similar so we called the doctors office and got the prescription changed then they told us they didn’t have That one either. So we picked up the descriptions that were ready got home. Some other ladies prescription was in the bag not my mothers. I believe that’s dangerous put other peoples prescriptions and other peoples bags.

  Medicine to save my life from c difficile bacteria was in stock the whole time but the gentleman behind the counter told my daughter it wasn't. When she spoke up, suddenly he had the generic in which she told him she didn't care to just fill it. But then told her well it's 75.00 dollars in which she told him to just fill it Again. It was the worst customer service Ever received in all the years I've used Walgreens.

  The pharmacy in Ponchatoula is rude for no reason at all. They hung up on me and cancelled my refill request because the medication was out of stock. This removed my refill request out of queue from the waitlist.

  Don’t waste your time at this location. Pharmacy staff were rude to me on the phone when trying to locate a prescription that was sent over. The person I was talking to proceeded to hang up on me. Pharmacy needs an attitude adjustment.

  The pharmacy staff members are literally horrible. You’re constantly being hung up on, when you go to the pharmacy to ask to speak to the pharmacist, the girl who hung up on you several times (before even saying who you were) jumps out saying “and what you want me to do about it?”It’s time to watch the cameras and get some classy, respectful employees who actually want to work. Not sit at the counter playing on their phones and hang up on customers

  I walked out of the store and this employee was having a cigarette at the entrance/exit. I hate second-hand smoke. Not okay.
