“I am shocked by some of the reviews because our experience with the BBQ Guys has been incredibly fabulous! We purchased a Victory grill 4 1/2 years ago and my husband has loved it. Earlier this week he contacted them because he needed to get some replacement parts. Replacement parts were unavailable in the same day that he contacted them, the customer service rep offered a refund or a replacement new grill of the same product. We opted for replacement grill because my husband loves this grill! The grill was shipped the very next day and one day after that we received it. How can you get better customer service than this? I’ll tell you how… You cannot. The grill and the company have been nothing but amazing. Our customer service rep was perfect! Thank you so much BBQ Guys!”

They have very good reliable appliances.
Brought a refrigerator when i was pregnant with my son, guess what my son will be 18 years old and our refrigerator is still going strong! Also brought a used washing machine after my new machine went out. After 3 years it still washes like a pro.
I’ll be needing a stove real soon and will definitely pay budget appliance another visit. ?”

“I bought a Rainbow last year and have been ordering my scents online because I didn’t realize we had a store on the west side! Mr. Jerry had such a plethora of wisdom be bestowed upon us about maintaining a healthy vacuum. He provided my husband and I with a paper that captured all the helpful tips! These were things our salesman didn’t even share with us.
I purchase several new scents and our pint sized favorite Eucalyptus!
