“Our refrigerator was purchased at Bellelo’s a few years ago and we just had a cooling problem with it, so we called and scheduled a repairman. Jason came and found out that it was under warranty but needed the factory to perform the worked. We were able to schedule the service for the next day. Jason was very professional and very polite. He also saved us a ton of money by asking us a few questions. 6 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I started with local dealer in Orlando, Price and selection seamed off. I called BBQ Guys, the rep was great. She walked me thru selection of sizes and features. She didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I needed the grill sent within a week and it was received in 4 days. When I returned it later, the young man that checked it in was very cheerful and kind. I don't shop here often, but that is going to change after today's experience.”

“I came into the store for a package pickup and some equipment to cut down a tree and left with a top 37 LIFE MEMORY. The beautiful ladies at this Home Depot exceeded my expectations in fantastic customer service. The customer service cashier went out of her way to walk me through the locker package challenge, the delightful gal in the chains, ropes, and piping aisle helped me pick out the perfect rope setup for removing trees, and the saucy ladies at the checkout blessed me with a smile and joy in my heart. I give this experience 7.2 out of 5.0 stars AND will use this experience as the GOLD STANDARD to compare other hardware store adventures. Great work Team!”

“I want to give a shout out to BlazeGrills/BBQGuys for customer service above and beyond expectations. We purchased a 1 year old home in Ft. Myers in March of 2022. It had an outdoor kitchen with a Blaze Grill and Blaze Outdoor Refrigerator. We loved having and using both but the Refrigerator stopped cooling at the end of 2022. The unit was past it's one year warranty. I worked with Jacob in Blaze Customer service to replace several parts/controls to try to troubleshoot the problem. These were sent free of charge. Unfortunately, the unit would still not cool. I was then contacted by Charlie who is the Head of Sales. He offered to send me a new unit free of charge given the unit was less than two years old. In today's day and age where most consumer providers make it difficult to fix/replace things even under warranty, this was an awesome gesture from Blaze. I will absolutely buy products in the future from Blaze and the BBQGuys. Thanks again to Jacob and Charlie.”

“Mr. Jerry is the absolute best! For me, the initial Rainbow buying experience wasn’t that great and I was reluctant to go anywhere to have my machine repaired and serviced. I even tried looking a part up online to avoid it! After some time, it had to be done so I looked up the closest “brick and mortar”. I was treated with the best customer care I’ve possibly ever experienced and learned a great deal about my machine.
