She didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I needed the grill sent within a week and it was received in 4 days. I wanted a new counter depth fridge for my kitchen, so I went on Home Depot, bought a fridge on sale, and I picked a delivery date and they delivered just that! They called me when they were on their way, which was right in their delivery window. They showed up with the new fridge, installed it and even put the old fridge outside. Before they left, they made sure everything in the new fridge worked, and even, made sure that the fridge outside worked.Very respectful and the whole thing happened within an hour. Will definitely be ordering from then again.”

“I came into the store for a package pickup and some equipment to cut down a tree and left with a top 37 LIFE MEMORY. The beautiful ladies at this Home Depot exceeded my expectations in fantastic customer service. The customer service cashier went out of her way to walk me through the locker package challenge, the delightful gal in the chains, ropes, and piping aisle helped me pick out the perfect rope setup for removing trees, and the saucy ladies at the checkout blessed me with a smile and joy in my heart. I give this experience 7.2 out of 5.0 stars AND will use this experience as the GOLD STANDARD to compare other hardware store adventures. Great work Team!”

From the first conversation we had months ago when he helped me to purchase my Brother 10 Needle embroidery machine, he has been descriptive, helpful, and patient to ensure I was getting the exact product I was looking for. Fast forward the last two months, any questions I have about the machine, tips, tricks, guidance, he has answered, no matter how elementary they have been. He constantly goes out of his way to ensure the best possible service, goes above and beyond, all with a pleasant conversation and experience. The man needs a raise, and the coming generations need to take note of his excellent customer service. 10/10, thank you Robert, and a HUGE recommendation for anyone looking to buy something from this store location.”

“This store is very professional and relatable to their clients. The only problem, is I had a computer question and it was no employees. I went to someone and they were like “ they will call someone”. I waited more than 20 minutes. Other than that, the general manager, front end, and supervisor were all nice”

“I want to give a shout out to BlazeGrills/BBQGuys for customer service above and beyond expectations. We purchased a 1 year old home in Ft. Myers in March of 2022. It had an outdoor kitchen with a Blaze Grill and Blaze Outdoor Refrigerator. We loved having and using both but the Refrigerator stopped cooling at the end of 2022. The unit was past it's one year warranty. I worked with Jacob in Blaze Customer service to replace several parts/controls to try to troubleshoot the problem. These were sent free of charge. Unfortunately, the unit would still not cool. I was then contacted by Charlie who is the Head of Sales. He offered to send me a new unit free of charge given the unit was less than two years old. In today's day and age where most consumer providers make it difficult to fix/replace things even under warranty, this was an awesome gesture from Blaze. I will absolutely buy products in the future from Blaze and the BBQGuys. Thanks again to Jacob and Charlie.”
