The employee Shan was extremely helpful and professional while simultaneously being highly personable and quick with her work. I can't speak highly enough about her. Overall just a perfect visit, 95 % due to her specifically.

Zero stars…very rude and unhelpful. As we walked in the manager was walking out and asked what we needed. She proceeded to say we should call customer service because she was leaving and the only other employee was with someone else. She then walked out. We sat for nearly 15 minutes as the only employee and customer clearly knew each other and was in no hurry to help. We left. Very poor and unacceptable.

We had a wonderful experience getting our Apple Watches. Set up was fast and easy. Jessica the nice young lady that helped us, went above and beyond her normal duties to help us. (We argue a lot, thank goodness she found that funny) We will return to this location for all our AT&T products. Hopefully Jessica will be there to explain them all!

The only location on my route home that had the iPhone 14 ProMax in stock. Mykelle (spellcheck?) was very courteous and welcoming. Great customer service.

We were welcomed with a nice greeting soon as we walked through the door. This was our second time visiting this location and we dealt with the same person both times and she was great.

We upgraded the plans on 5 of our six phones. We were not informed of the $35 upgrade on each of our phones. We were also told our bill would be $204, an email we received stated our bill was over $500.

Very polite and friendly throughout the entire visit. Very helpful the representative took his time to explain everything. Malik was the gentleman who helped us very patient youngman.

ZERO for customer service! I waited and staff skipped me 3 times! Really, if you can’t count or understand how a queue works then get a ‘serving next number system’!This is a LEADERSHIP problem, fire them and retrain the staff!*** I will NOT be back! Better to fight the bridge than be disrespected ***MAYBE Verizon cares about customer loyalty, been an AT&T wireless customer since early 90’s…
