My family and I got a flat tire and our spare was flat. A sheriff’s deputy assisted us and contacted bayou tires to see if they could help us out. The manager Dusty said she didn’t have the size tire I needed but a smaller one that would get us back to New Iberia. We finally got towed to bayou tire and Dusty was waiting on us. She was so nice and caring, this lady was awesome. She bought my family into the office and gave them some bottled water. Even though they were extremely busy she had one of her workers change our tire to get us back on the road. To say that Dusty and her team is a gift from God is an understatement. I can not thank her enough for her caring and thoughtfulness during my time of desperation. Thank you Mrs. Dusty my family and I are so grateful and I wish you all the best and God bless.

They do a fantastic job with getting you the right tires at a good price. More importantly they are fantastic people who do a lot foe the community. They even have a tackle shop and support the local high school and tournament anglers! I always try to do as much business with them as possible with tires and tackle purchases.

Little bit of a story...
My first experience with this place was getting a couple of tires from them. Went well, friendly, paid, brought it home. They suggested other things that may need work (I don't watch my truck like a hawk), so I was thankful for the information in case I wanted to decide to return. Well, while it was home, I noticed after a couple of days that one of the tires was leaking air. I brought it back to them to check, and they repaired something that was off, free of charge, and told me more about the suggestions they made on my previous visit. I was even given an invoice for the suggested work, so I would know how much it would cost. I appreciated the honesty in fixing the tire they replaced on my vehicle.
Well, I went back a second time to get work done, following through on what they suggested (since my truck needed it). Everything went smoothly and I was taken care of. I got to know Ms. Dusty a bit more, and she is a wonderful and very knowledgeable person. I feel she's trustworthy when deferring to her knowledge and trusting her judgement. I'm definitely not a mechanic, and she helped me feel comfortable in knowing what may be ailing my truck and how much a possible repair would cost. I could plan ahead, and I felt empowered knowing I could discuss things further if I had concerns. That is to say, I appreciate their knowledge, their assistance, their honesty, and am grateful to them for taking care of my truck and me.
People usually go in saying what they need and they're accommodated too, but I prefer to be more formal in calling ahead and making sure of things before I visit them. I appreciate that they're cool with me doing that, and it's nice to be helped to feel comfortable when you're trying to get fixes for something you don't know much about.
Anyway, that's my long-winded way of saying "Thanks guys. I'll prolly see y'all again... soon... when I need it, lol".
