Not a real wrecker service. They are a dispatch service in India, like other comments say. First person sounded american, but subsequent people sounded Indian. All they do is call a wrecker service in the area just like you were trying to do and then charge you an extra $250 on top. Waited 3 hours for them to show. Every hour told me it would be an hour due to traffic until I canceled because they never showed up. So called an actual wrecker company and found someone to tow me, only took them 20min. Now Bill's charged me $500 for a tow I didn't receive.

Broke down in 5 o'clock traffic and did a quick search for a wrecker in the area. This one came up and I was in a hurry so didn't read the obviously fake 5 star reviews. First time I called was told 30 min. Ok fine. Called several more times and it was always a different person that told me a different time. Also was an Indian call center and I had to pay $500 up front. Finally just canceled after 3 hours and found a different place that got to me in 20 min, cost was $250, and I didn't have to pay til he dropped off my truck. Oh and also they kept saying the system was down when I was trying to pay over the phone so I had to give them all my credit card info. Will probably cancel my card.
Also as someone else said, this is a dispatch company, not an actual wrecker. All they do is call someone for you.

I realize my vehicle had some beginning up issues, however after my life partner supplanted the battery with a pristine one, it turned out extraordinary for the accompanying fourteen days. Until the one time I was out and expected to return home to my children. I googled Bill's Wrecker since I dont have AAA and I was satisfied from the hello to the presence of Guy. He was extremely enlightening and more supportive than he must be. Extremely happy with my first towing experience, ideally my last. I would suggest Bill's Wrecker for any individual who's needing a towing administration inside the space.

I had to call AAA because I had problems with my battery. Tyson from Bill's Wrecker Service called us to let us know that he will be there in 30 minutes. He was there in less than 30 and was prompt in changing the battery. He was done in less than 10 minutes. He was fantastic! I will be using this company in the future again.

I was towed by Rachel today, he provided quick, excellent and efficient service! Will definitely rely on Bill's Wrecker Service next time I'm having any motor trouble! Happy with the service, would recommend the company!

Got there quick - very professional - Stephen went above and beyond what I would call great customer service. He was very nice and professional and if you need a tow, I strongly recommend calling them first.

I got stranded on the freeway and Tyson found me within five minutes and towed me. He was very concerned about my safety, considering I was on the freeway.
