Been going there for about 15 years. Absolutely love them and the mom and pop feel. They are quick service and know they know who I am. Never get close to that at Walgreens. In the last couple of years it has went downhill some as they got busier and don’t know if new owners but seems so. The customer service reps are different each week, think they rotate from other stores owned by the owner. It takes away some of the personable attention and them knowing you type of service that had been there for years with having the same customer service person all the time. The pharmacist is nice enuff but got used to previous pharmacist who knew me and would say hi each time I walked thru the door. I still love their level of service and no doubt 5 star service but do think there’s room for improvement if they want to keep their mom and pop feel.

The only reason I gave them one star is because they were able to get my medicaid to go through when others could not. The pharmacist was so rude when I tried to explain situation with my prescription. He did not want to hear what I had to say, he just kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow!! I will get my prescription filled there TOMORROW, and then I will never go back. I have dealt with some really bad customer service before...but this was the worst.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The pharmacist yelled at me. The two females had attitudes like they were being inconvenienced and didn't want to help. This place has really gone down hill. They lost a customer today, not because of ownership but because of the people that they have working for them.

I understand “management rules” but as a mother who doesn’t have insurance and paying completely out of pocket for her child’s prescription, you would think the pharmacy and 3 pharmacists would answer your question over the phone. I waited on hold for over 15 minutes and spoke to 3 different people just to be told that I would have to bring it in. I was simply price checking to see where I could get it the cheapest with it being in stock. They told me I would have to bring it in to get the price and after I pushed back just to get the info I need I asked, “why would I come to your pharmacy when you haven’t even told me if you have it in stock or not”. After being on the phone for over 20 minutes and them asking me several times what kind it is and all the info on the script they finally tell me they don’t have it. They tried to force me to come in and waste my time, money, and fuel for nothing.
