The majority of the crickets were dead and most of the rest died within 24 hours. I’m thinking it’s too hot right now for live delivery of anything.

I’ve ordered Madagascar hissing cockroaches and Dubia roaches. They always arrived promptly and alive. Emphasis on alive! As someone who works in a pet store, ours always show up 50% dead. Our store should use Flukers.

I have been using Fluker’s for over a couple of years now. They sell in bulk and way cheaper than a pet store. I highly recommend them.

The last order of meal worms I thought were on the small side. I contacted Fluker's, I decided to feed them and after wards they looked fine. I told them no further action was needed. They still refunded me 20% of my order. Now that's customer service.

I love buying my crickets here. Only have 4 star review. Because I' unfortunately due to weather. Even with air fight, several most of my crickets, we're dead. Wish there was a way to package better.

**Updated review** I was sent a reshipment of my order and it was perfect! Again, very quick shipment and the worms were all very healthy and not one dead one. Their customer service is great and I will definitely be ordering from them from now on!
I was a bit disappointed with my order. I decided to try Superworms for my beardie instead of Dubia roaches and ordered 100 medium worms. The shipping was quick to receive but what I received was worms of different sizes, many were very small and a lot were dead already. There were also lots of dead pieces of worms in there. This was the first time I had ordered from them and I was not too impressed.

Thank you, you have the freshest supply of crickets and Mill worms I have ever owned. They are thriving well and still jumping around and on the 3 rd of July they will be a month old. That is what is left of them. I have a bearded dragon and she loves to watch them and she likes
to invite them to dinner. I will be ordering them again shortly. Again thanks from both of us.

I ordered 1,000 BSF larvae last Friday(6/14), and they shipped this Monday(6/17) just as described. They arrived on Wednesday(6/19) afternoon, and they were all alive and well and even larger than expected.
I thought one was dead, so I put it in my hand to take a photo of how large it was - then it moved and kind of scared me!

Received my order yet wasn't aware it showed up early there was no knock nor did anyone ring the doorbell, was expecting it to be in some sort of protective covering but I literally get a can with holes…and there was ants all in it (the more I moved it the more ants came out) took pictures told them what happened was sent a fresh batch WHICH ALSO ENDED UP BEING COVERED ON ANTS by the time it reached my house. Not buying from them again
