Don’t recommend.I recently had a horrible experience trying to get access to our HOA’s bank account. While the staff are friendly, they either don’t know their bank’s own policies/features and have to go ask/call someone, or they give inaccurate information, which requires you to make multiple trips back to the bank. Guaranty also doesn’t offer free bill pay or mobile deposits for business accounts. In addition, their lobby hours are not convenient - they’re only open past 2PM on Fridays and closed on SaturdaysWe did use Guaranty Bank for our personal lot loan (they offer 100% financing) years ago and had no issues.

Before you bank with Guaranty Bank & Trust make sure you NEVER need to rent a car! Guaranty bank does not allow charges for rental car services on your debit cards even though it’s your money! So as I write this I’m stuck at an Enterprise Rental Car in a town I’m not familiar with trying to figure out how I’m going to get home. Guaranty Bank in Livonia recommends I walk to Walmart, which is several miles away, with all the stuff I’m carrying out of my truck and get a Visa gift card to pay for it! This is a piss poor way to run a bank!!

Very nice place. Have a 24 hour ATM which is nice but don't try to exchange money for a roll of quarters unless you have an account because for some reason they wont allow it.

Stopped to get change for a $20 bill and teller refused because I don't have an account. I wouldn't put my money in there now if they were the last bank on earth. Very unprofessional service people at drive thru
