The tax expert showed patience and compassion. I'm newly retired and had no idea what to expect. There were surprises, but in the end, I felt I received advice from a friend. I left having a tax plan for 2025 that will benefit me. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and much needed comedy relief. I will definitely use you again and recommend you to everyone I know.

Although I had an appointment I waited for more than 30 minutes while the tax lady helped a walk in who arrived before me. I also asked if they could give me an approximate estimate of what they would charge since I had seen them last year and I would be using the same forms. I was told they couldn’t give me an estimate. At the end of the process once all documents were completed and printed out they charged me $449 and that was after a senior citizen discount of $150. Never again will I pay that much for their service. Otherwise, the lady was nice and did a good job.
