Mrs. Wanda Atwell made filing so easy for both myself and my parents. She was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. This was our first time using this service and we would recommend her services to anyone. The other staff in the office were also friendly. By far one of the best tax places to file. Ms. Wanda Atwell is the office manager of Lobdell location and she is very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. She makes you feel comfortable and very welcoming like if your at your house having coffee together. Will recommend her services to anyone that needs there taxes filed.

This will be my last year allowing Jackson Hewitt to file my taxes. I been dealing with them since 2002 it's now 2023. JH only approved me for I'm not understanding why.
