Hugo was amazing. Our Tahoe had a broken hose and we broke down on 190 in WBR and as if everything fell into place he pulled over to help us and make things much less stressful. He had our vehicle fixed and running in a matter of hours. The entire time communication step by step via phone and text. Bilingual also which is great. Broke down on I 10 and was towed there after talking to them. Had to leave vehicle and he fixed it when he received parts. I was kept informed while they worked on my Van. When ready I drove back 3 hours to pick it up. A Big thanks to the whole staff!!!Pete ??
