Customer service is awful!!! We are new to the area and have been trying to find a nail salon closer to home. Got there at 8 this morning and sat down. The tech asked me what I needed done today and before I could open my mouth she asks if I have an appointment. I explain that I didn’t and wasn’t aware I needed one as there is no indication that an appointment is needed to be seen. She tells me they will take a walk in around their appointments and I asked if she had anything for today. She looks on her monitor and says, “maybe 10, 2 and 3.” I asked about the appointment at 10 and she explained that she would have to wait until the other tech came in to confirm whether she had an appointment during those times. At this point I am confused. If you are gonna be by appointment only then you all need a way to keep up with this consistently when you are the only person there and someone comes in without an appointment. She then tells me to come sit in a chair and she would start on me and when the other tech came in at 9 she would confirm if the appointment at 10 is available. I told her I could just go to my normal salon in Gonzales since she wasn’t sure and that would keep me from being there all day since she didn’t appear to be sure about anything at this point. She then tells me if I think I can do better then by all means go ahead. I’m like what kind of customer service is this?. I am new to the area and am wanting to try your salon. I shouldn’t have expected much more than what I got as there are so many bad reviews about the poor customer service but never did I dream it was so poor that they didn’t care about gaining new customers. Won’t be back.

I made an appointment online. It was accepted by John. When I arrived, there were quite a few cars out front-this surprised me. My appointment was for 3:30 pm. I sat there until 3:58 without anyone, including John, the person who accepted the appointment, starting any service. It is senseless to have an appointment. It's ridiculous to waste someone's time by accepting an appointment that you are incapable of honoring. Appointments are made in the interest of time, in case these " business owners" are unaware. Two thumbs all the way down. Unprofessional. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Don’t waste your time or money !!! Horrible nails and poor customer service!!! I will never be back. This is not clear pink and he left my hands ashy and unclean around the cuticles!!!

I normally come here just for my eyebrows. I never get anything else because they always act like they’re too busy to do anything else when I’ve tried in the past. This day I waited 20 mins to get told they’re too busy to do pedicures with the 2 people in there. The customer service and consideration for your time is an all time low. And this happens EVERY time I go in there for a pedicure. I won’t be returning for anything else. You want quality and great customer service this isn’t the place.

Lovely! Owners are so sweet and gave me exactly what I needed. I don’t get my nails done often so I don’t exactly know if $113 is reasonable for acrylics and a pedicure, but with the customer service, beautiful fountain in the middle and convenience of them being only like 7 minutes from my house, I don’t mind paying a bit extra. My nails are ready for prom and couldn’t be happier with the service!!Services: Pedicures

The gentleman in there is very disrespectful and nasty and they lie to you bout the price and the so call gentleman address me as GIrl and I found that to be very disrespectful and I refuse to spend my money with people like that it was not that I could not pay that amount I refuse to let anyone speak to me that way because the words Girl when out with Harriet Tubman I will never go there again.i wish I could give them a half of starService: Back massage
