We had a wonderful experience with U pack. We loaded our boxes and they were super accommodating. We had a lot of confusion around our move date and the customer service was impeccable. They were very accommodating. A few things did break but, we packed things a bit precariously.

I could not have asked for a better experience when moving out of state. From the very first call, I was amazed with the excellent customer service. The price was very reasonable and U-Pack stayed in touch the entire time. They exceeded every expectation and I couldn’t recommend a better company to use.

Customer service was super helpful and responsive. They helped us get an extra container super fast when we ran into trouble. I hope to never do another long distance move but U-Pack made it super convenient and I would definitely use them again.
