UPS lost my package. Finally found my package and now it is 2 days late. Was given the new delivery date and time this morning between 10:45am - 12:45am.Now that has changed yet again to sometime before 7pm. This company is so inconsistent in their customer service it's a wonder anyone even uses them anymore. Even FedEx has better customer retention and service than UPS.I get better service through a government agency USPS than I do from UPS who has 10x the work force than USPS. They really need to get their stuff together and need way better quality control that is currently in place.

Part of shipment 1 box was broke open and missing parts, freight was damaged as if not treated with any sense of care

Our UPS LTL driver and Ashley are always helpful. I contacted Ashely about a missing pallet, she was able to locate it, and called me back with the expected delivery date. I appreciate her taking the time to call and let us know.

If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. We ship LTL freight regularly for our business. We have shipped with many companies and have NEVER had an experience as bad as with UPS Freight. We scheduled two shipments on the same day with UPS Freight, and had problems with both the pickup and delivery of both shipments. In summary, Shipment #1 was picked up 5 days late, lost, eventually found weeks after the shipment was due, never actually delivered by UPS Freight (we had to pick it up from their terminal), and significantly damaged. Shipment #2 was picked up 2 days late, they failed to deliver it during the “delivery appointment” time or even on that day, and failed to notify us that it would not be delivered; told us they would re-schedule and “definitely would not” deliver it without a delivery appointment, but again failed to call then showed up to deliver on the only day we told them we could not accept the delivery. I tried to put more specific details, but this site does not allow enough characters to fully explain.The employees of UPS Freight have lied and failed to keep their promises repeatedly. They were not careful with the freight and caused extensive damage. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY!

Received a call from UPS Freight - Port Allen, LA on Monday to ask receiving times. I explained I can receive freight Monday-Thursday 6am - 3pm Central time. OK, your 2 pallets will be there tomorrow. Waited on Tuesday until 3:30, no delivery. Called and was told it is on the truck for delivery. I had just spoken with this lady the day before and she said she knew the delivery schedule, but they were having issues. I told her a call would have been nice but she said nothing. I explained there was no one at the warehouse to accept and she said she would try to get the freight out on Wednesday. At 1pm on Wednesday, I called UPS Freight-P.A., LA and was told the freight is not on the truck for delivery. She then said it would be on Thursday truck for delivery. I have called 33 times today to speak with a live person regarding my freight, but only get a recording, saying if you would like to speak to a rep. regarding your freight, please dial 3. I have worn off the 3 button on my cell.UPS Freight Port Allen, LA has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I only wish I could rate them lower than one star.

Ladies were very nice. Lots of room for improvement in management as I arrived to find all the locks in the establishment being changed and lots of damaged freight on the docks. My package was stabbed 4 times on 2 sides through the crate. Lucky the product wasn't damaged and the ladies were very helpful. I just feel bed they're struggling so hard to keep that operation afloat. Again lots of opportunity for improvement here.
