Spoke with Toya regarding my new prescription and insurance coverage. She went above and beyond to make sure my insurance was approved, how much my out-of-pocket was and that my meds were in stock (these meds are currently unavailable at most places) and when I could pick them up!!I saw that WM’s current rating is a 1.8 which gave me reservations about trying them. But with helpful employees like Toya they will turn that around!

0 stars. May 13, 2019, 8 p.m. was treated so rudely I felt emotionally bashed by the time I left. Went to the counter and clerk was at counter putting away plastic bags. She saw me and ignored me. Kept doing other things. After standing there a couple minutes being ignored, I turned around and asked someone if there was anyone working the counter and was told yes. I kept waiting. After waiting for 5 minutes, asked pharmacist if anyone was working the counter, he said someone would be with me soon. Finally clerk came back to counter and just looked at me w/a really hateful attitude. This person treated me like s---. That's the type of treatment you get at Walmart. I didn't do anything to this person. I was respectful and polite to her and all I got in return was total rudeness. If you want rudeness and ignorant behavior, use this pharmacy. I'll use nearby Walgreen's in the future. Walmart CEO, you need to look at your reviews and make changes! Customers have choices. Not kissing anybody's butt at this pharmacy!

Horrible service. I've been sitting outside for 15 min trying to do the grocery pickup. I've called the number several times and no one answers. I've called the store and no one knows how to help me. Grocery pick up is super slow. The only way to get your groceries is to hope someone walks out and try to flag them down!

I was in and out tonight, but usually lines are ridiculously long, there aren't enough registers open or the self check out is malfunctioning.

I am absolutely not keen on the customer service at this Wal-Mart. I have definitely seen better especially outside of Baton Rouge and it is just a shame to see the lack of customer service continue like it is the norm. This Wal-mart is dirtier compared to others. When I moved to Addis nearly eight years ago, I was so frustrated with the customer service that I called the corporate office to complain, yet the customer service has not improved over the years. If you ever see me in this Wal-Mart it is because I am killing time before work, I am in desperately need of something or I real have to use the restroom and that's about it.
