We had an appointment made through uhaul to pick up a truck a 1pm. We drove over an hour to get here and the owner is not here and not answering his phone. Uhaul tried to call him and he didn’t answer their call either. The place looks like a junkyard and our uhaul was wide open actively being rained into.
