I’m on vacation & my card is declining, I know I have money in my account. So I try again, it declines again. I instantly call customer service. They tells me it’s because I have to increase my spending limit. How can you tell me how much of MY money a can spend ? when trying to get my limit increased no one can help. telling me i have to wait till the next business day which is monday, its saturday & again i’m on VACATION ! worst bank i’ve bank with ! will my changing banks ASAP !!!!

Worst customer service. Everytime I go to make deposits I have to wait! Today was no different! The tellers are rude! No type of customer service! Today I waited 30 minutes to deposit checks into my daughters account. I am on the account and make deposits every other week. I opened this account for my daughter when she was 16. And have been depositing in it for 5 years now! Today “Their system froze up” yet everyone else was in and out while I had to wait. No explanation. Nothing. Until I pressed the button to ask if I could have my items back so that I could go elsewhere. Then a completely different teller says “I’d be more than happy to send your items back. Her computer froze in the middle of your transaction. If it does go through I can cancel it” Absolutely horrible service! I am a VP of a large hospitality corporation. So I know a thing or two about customer service. And this place has some learning to do!

So thankful for EFCU and their staff! Tonya White at Prairieville is great! We were leaving to go to Disney and my little one wanted pennies and quarters for the penny machines, but it was 4:50. I was so close, but I wasn't going to make it. I called and explained what was going on and Tonya waited for me to get there. I had one happy little boy! Going above and beyond is what they do!

Literally the worst bank ive EVER encountered. Everytime we go there is a wait when 1 other person is there. I also highly recommend NOT to deal with Tanya White because she can never seem to take care of her end. Dont bank with EFCU!!!

Takes a while for transaction to go through, so I tend to overdraw my accounts other than that the staff is very good

This bank is ok. Staff is friendly but drive thru is sooooo slow.
