“I normally do not leave reviews. However, in this case I will. I cannot recommend Hittman Services highly enough! They came to our home and replaced a fuse in our microwave. Our technician James was very professional. He came out and did a diagnostic check and determined that we needed to replace the fuse. After he left we got an estimate emailed sent to us. We had a question/discrepancy with the additional labor charge. I called and spoke to Bekah and Abigail about the issue we had concerning the additional bill for labor as well as how long the fuse would take to get shipped? After hanging up we received a call back in less than 2 minutes from the owner! The next day James came out a replaced the fuse with no additional labor charge! Wow! These people are easy to talk to and were MORE than fair to us! Moving forward we will ONLY use Hittman Services to repair anything in our home! Their services are AMAZING! Thank you for what you did for us!”

“My old Heathkit H19 terminal had worked for 40 years but recently stopped displaying everything that I typed, so I took the terminal to all the computer shops locally and got no help from any computer store when I said the terminal had a display problem but that the CRT seemed to be OK.
So I took the terminal to the Advanced Video store, described the problems and it was totally repaired in only a couple of days and is now fully usable again - I'm so happy!”

“I am very satisfied with Chris, the repair person who originally diagnosed my refrigerator problem and who came today to fix the issue as I had received the part.

I am dissatisfied with Sears scheduling system because before Chris came back today, I had 2 repair persons on the way and both got canceled at the last minute. One was canceled because his vehicle broke down and that was understandable. But the next day the repair person was canceled with no explanation and I had to wait for an automated reschedule. When you guys schedule people for appointments, you tie them up for an entire day since your schedule says from 7 am to 6 pm. Just to get my refrigerator fixed, I had to wait on you for 4 days. The original appointment, the first canceled appointment, the second canceled appointment, and finally the actual day of repair. Since Chris came before noon on the original appointment and the actual repair day appointment, that wasn't too bad as I had the rest of the day to take care of my business. The 2 canceled appointments were entire days absolutely wasted waiting around. Sears you need to fix this problem with your scheduling and maybe hire more people who are qualified to do the work. You are trying to sell me a maintenance contract costing $74 a month and I got to tell you, I'm not so sure that is a great idea if you can't get repair people to the appointments in a timely manner.

Also, if I canceled with less than 24 hours notice, you would charge me a cancellation fee. You should have to compensate me for your cancellations.

Do better.
