“I normally do not leave reviews. However, in this case I will. I cannot recommend Hittman Services highly enough! They came to our home and replaced a fuse in our microwave. Our technician James was very professional. He came out and did a diagnostic check and determined that we needed to replace the fuse. After he left we got an estimate emailed sent to us. We had a question/discrepancy with the additional labor charge. I called and spoke to Bekah and Abigail about the issue we had concerning the additional bill for labor as well as how long the fuse would take to get shipped? After hanging up we received a call back in less than 2 minutes from the owner! The next day James came out a replaced the fuse with no additional labor charge! Wow! These people are easy to talk to and were MORE than fair to us! Moving forward we will ONLY use Hittman Services to repair anything in our home! Their services are AMAZING! Thank you for what you did for us!”
“Came by to get the charging port checked on my iPhone as I could not fully insert my charging cords into my phone. There was no wait and they helped quickly. Turned out it was a piece of plastic that got into the port. Greatly appreciate the help! Highly recommended”
