I had a pickup and they never showed up. I was in pain from a car accident. They didnt even bother to call. I tried calling and could not get through. This was terribly disappointing.

Customer service was excellent. I don’t remember the lady’s name but she was great. Highly recommended, I will definitely use this company for any future rental needs. 5 stars from me.

I don't believe the personnel get sufficient training. I came, in person, to discuss scheduling options on 10/28/23. There were no other customers in the store during our discussion. There wasn't any discernible reason for the rep to be rushed or distracted that I could see. After talking with the rep, I decided to rent the cheapest vehicle from 12:30 on 11/1 to 4:30 on 11/3 and was told it would be $177.06 plus $300 refundable deposit.The reservation was made, yet the rep did not repeat back what we agreed upon, nor did I ever receive any form of confirmation. I picked up the rental as scheduled thinking all was a it should be. Didn't bother to check the paperwork when signing as I was under the impression it was correct. The very same rep that made the reservation happened to be the one to handle said paperwork and didn't bring up expected return date. Not sure if anyone has done that during my past rentals, so I can't speak to procedure there.It wasn't until I started receiving harassing text messages from Enterprise asking me to confirm an incorrect 12:30 on 11/3 drop-off time did it become apparent that the rep set the incorrect rental window. Now (the day before drop-off) is when I'm told I'll owe an extra $88 something, instead of the 10/28 agreed on price of approx. $177. Mason called me at 11:37 on 11/3 to confirm if be dropping off an hour later. I told him I was going to drop it off at 4:30 like I had said on 10/28. He then confirmed the texts extra $88. I related my displeasure at being scalped for 4 hours. He responded with excuses and "it's company policy."I don't care for being lied to because of poor personnel training/performance. I've used Enterprise before, but I'll never use that location again and thanks to the harassing texts, will exhaust all other car rental options before going with Enterprise. This was all to rent an emergency vehicle in case my mom landed in the hospital again. I was forced to spend $88 extra for 4 hours to drive what amounted to a total of 12 miles…PS the vehicle they rented to me was filthy on the outside despite being brand new...

My family and I have had to rent cars from the Enterprise Prairieville location multiple times over the last several years and every single time, we've been given EXCELLENT customer service - by every staff member we interact with. They go above and beyond. Thanks to the whole team!!!

Caitlin B. was kind, very helpful and so professional when I needed to get into a rental while my car was in the body shop. She had several customers (not very happy ones at that) in the lobby at one time and she managed everyone and their demands with a smile, curtesy and professionalism. She even contacted me when a larger vehicle as approved by my insurance became available. Excellent customer service which is so appreciated in a stressful time!!

This company wasted an entire day for me. I was given a reservation via email for Monday morning, but then was called prior saying no cars till 11am, I got another call near 11am saying they would call me when they got car, (after I left and found a ride), then corporate told me after 11am I may not get a car at all that day. How do these companies stay in business. Customer service is also useless.ADDITIONAL:And it just gets better! When I returned the truck they accused me of dinging the vehicle, when I told the girl who walked the truck with me to list that ding. Make sure if you ever use this incompetent branch of Enterprise to take a picture and CYA. The girl who did this says, "I don't remember", so I take that as her confession, because I sure if she thought so she would have fought me about it. Stay away!

The absolute worst company to deal with. 1st, they told me I'd have a vehicle 1st thing on a Monday, then they called and said 11am and now at 11am they have zero cars. Then I was told maybe no car today. Corporate customer service is useless.

Like Enterprise Alot. If I had anything negative it's worrying that there wouldn't be any cars when you arrive for your partially paid reservation. Yes this happened to me.Tsk Tsk

As someone who travels for work and deals with enterprise weekly, this is the BEST enterprise location in the U.S! Caitlin and Ashlynn are absolutely wonderful to work with! They found me a vehicle of my preference, address all my concerns when I needed to change my vehicle and just top notch customer service! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken care of right away!
