With COVID here, online shopping is more popular than ever, this includes selling and returning items. I had a wonderful staff memeber, I couldn't remember his name but I had a large package to send and didn't have the measurements of the package with me. He was nice enough to take the time to look up the dimensions on the internet to find the appropriate box. They offered a larger box and he scored it so it will adjust according to the size of my package. When I got home, I didn't much packing material in the box, so that was a relief! More damage happens when there is a lot of room inside the box. I was able to mail my return the same day. I will go back again!

I had package delivered to Walmart FedEx while I was out of town. Immediately upon getting there on monday at 9:30 am which was day 7 because they are closed Sat and sun I was told I had no pkg there. Only to find out they retuned the order at 2 pm that day. I learned that by checking the FedEx app on tracking. No phone call no email no nothing before they resent the order back. I’m positive the order had not gone back when we were there to pick up that morning by using the FedEx posting times. Terrible customer service!!!

Apparently this is not a full service store. You must know how to properly work the copy machine before you enter. Help is most certainly optional for sure.

The reason for 3 stars is the length of wait time, I checked in over 15 min ago and have not had any one to stop and check who or what I waiting on.

I waited 30 minutes to send a letter out and missed two carriers and whatever problem they were having could not be resolved. I would not recommend using this business.
