Great place but the little children working. Here are disrespectful! They should have a bit more manners when loyal costumers are just trying to find what they need and stop being jerks not wanting to take a hundred dollar bill cuz of how someone looks like we can't afford to have that much.. please I make more in a day than they make in a month....

Normally have amazing experience here but last couple times have had issue with an older gentleman working there. Within six months have been given TWO defective fuel pumps (both times had mechanic diagnose the issue and test other fuel system components). Earlier in the day a younger gentleman helped look up my number and warranty on fuel pump-I explained to him this would be a warranty on an already warrantied pump and wanted to verify warranty is still active or find out if it would be pro rated.Got the go ahead for warranty so came back with my defective fuel pump to where the older guy was very snide and off putting in his comments. “I’m confused on why you’re here for another warranty. That doesn’t seem possible. How would you know this pump is defective Miss? If it happens again you’ll have to talk to store manager before we help you”Rest assured if this is another defective pump I will be asking for Dylan the store manager. As I’d much rather NOT have my car strand me on the road and have to fork out money on more tow bills and diagnosis on my car. Normally have an amazing experience here but today was a headache on my second visit.

One person working while other employees are talking and blasting curse words while customers in store. Employee comes in from helping another customer. And I asked for another employee to come to front and the woman in back that was blasting curse words asked where the other employee was. I said outside helping customers and she goes back to the back without helping me. I will never step foot in this poorly ran store again.. owner needs to retrain the employees

The service was awesome. I went in for a new battery and the gentleman showed me all my options and didn't just try to sell me the most expensive battery. Plus, he installed it too. Would definitely recommend this location.

shout out to Asia. I came in with a bad battery, all corroded. she was very friendly and helpful, and changed that nasty old thing. THANK YOU, Asia! customer service, good work ethics matters.
