Update: The manager called me and I bought my truck to them and they replaced the oil and cleaned my engine bay.They left the oil cap off my truck. New 2023 F150 with 7k miles. Very dissatisfied with the service

Mobile service is a great idea, I’m sure services offered via mobile will increase with time and expansion of equipment and trucks. The communication between corporate and local dealerships needs improvement. I was happy they came to me to repair my door latches that had been recalled.

Orlando Robinson is by far the best service advisor ,he kept me informed about my vehicle throughout the day. This was phenomenal service, and I will return. I can’t believe how easy it was to get my car serviced and my accessories ordered. Keep up the good work you guys job well done!!!

Went there today with my husband's NEW truck because the check engine light was flashing and the truck was shaking. They said it's by appointment only and it would be a few weeks before they would even look at it and there are no loaner vehicles. All while the service guys were sitting down. Man must be super busy. So I paid 85,000+ dollars for a defective vehicle from them all for them to not have a desire to help. Top notch right there.

The worst experience traveling all the way from Texas to buy a vehicle. After many months of in their words “dropping the ball” and plenty of passing the upset customer on the phone around I was left with a time period of about 5 months with temp plates and 3 periods of expired temp plates. I bought the salesmen and financial guy at the dealership pizza when I left but I wish I had my pizza back. Horrible experience. All star!!! Send me my pizza back!

DO.NOT.BRING.YOUR.CAR.HERE. 0/10Brought in for 2 recalls that I was MAILED paperwork by Ford saying to bring the car in for the recall fixes. Also mentioned my horn not working, and could they check to see what was going on and if it was related. I get a call informing me it'll be $149 for a diagnostic fee and $386 to replace the horn that is $60.00 directly from Ford themselves. So essential $320 in labor for a 10 minute fix.Fast forward to the recall issue. They fixed one recall, but refused to do the 2nd recall because it had to be schedule at ANOTHER appointment. Can't do it all in one shot. Also, manager claimed that they would only fix the recall if it affected my car. A MOTOR RELAY ISSUE!!!!!!! So leave myself and my kids stranded on the side of the road before you'll repair it. Tack on the fact that if the recall didn't actually affect my car - yes you got that right, the recall that I WAS INFORMED OF BY FORD - I would be charged $150.00 diagnostic fee.. YET AGAIN!

Service center experience was absolutely terrible. I asked for an oil change and fuel filter change and tire rotation. I was only charged for oil change and tire rotation... no fuel filter change was even mentioned or performed. As for the supposed tire rotation, I have a bad sensor on one of my tires and after leaving I noticed that the bad sensor is still in the same location. So I looked at my wheels and somehow the tech rotated my tires without touching my rims (and before you say you can do it without touching the rims I have a 4x4 F250 so you would need to change out the center caps). When I called the service center they told me they did rotate my tires and when I continued to question it, he hung up on me like he's not dealing with this its almost closing time.

Called to inform service department that I was bringing my truck in for service, and was informed it would be at least 65 days until I could bring it in. Hire more qualified technicians! Simply not cool that a paying customer with a busy life should have to wait two months for simple service, especially when they are loyal to the brand. I was going to bring my wife's Aviator in as well. No point in that now. Disappointing to say the least.

Service center experience is absolutely terrible. I can not speak for the sales side but I hope you never have to have your vehicle serviced here. They state they are 65 days out on appointments and I have to call back THEN. Yes, I have to call back in 65 days to see where they are THEN to see about getting my F250 in for AC & check engine light repairs. I asked why can't I get in line now and they said they are too far out to put me on the list. Absolutely ridiculous. My warranty only covers if I use my dealership.

Sounakhon was by far the most positive and energetic person I have ever bought a car from. He was knowledgeable of the car buying process and the vehicle.
