Edit…… Went to the Fed Ex inside the Walmart across the street. They knocked it out in less than 5 minutes. AND the lady was nice as could be and I didn’t feel like I was bothering them.ALSO, in UPS response below they said I “demanded” they skip other customers. That is 100% false and more bad management from this UPS store. If anything, the staff has obvious poor time management skills.Twice now I have gone to this store to ask them to bind 2 small binders that are only 10 pages a piece. The manager has spent more time educating me on why she doesn’t have time to do it versus just knocking it out. I guess they must not need my money. I also offered to come back at a later time so it would give them 4-5 hours to work it into their schedule. They have now forced me to buy my own binding machine. Customer service at this UPS is gone!!!!

D’Angelo at the store was extremely helpful. I went in with several returns not knowing how to return items from Amazon. He was very helpful patient and knowledgeable. Thank you D’Angelo.

They sell you a next day option which cost me 147.73 to get there by next business day. It got delivered the following day tried to get my refund said they couldn't because of bad weather was the cause so they didn't honor it. Checked weather conditions for that area was perfect cleared skies so someone who either missed my packaged lied saying weather conditions so they wouldn't get in trouble and not have to honor what they sell ya. It's a scam

Wow! I was very impressed with my experience today! I got to the store at about 5:30 and the manager was already gone for the day, but the assistant manager, I think his name was Matthew, was able to help me. I was trying to ship Easter gifts that needed to arrive by next week because they had perishable items. He could have just taken my package and put it through standard shipping, but instead he took the time to explain to me that my best option was next day air shipping so that my items would reach their destination on time and unspoiled. I am so grateful that he took the time to go the extra mile for me today! Thank you Matthew and the ups store employees for always helping me with my shipments. Will continue to ship through you guys.

Jennifer was a HUGE help today! The store was busy and there was a line out the door, but the employees were very patient and efficient with every customer. Jennifer was especially kind and patient. This store has always shown great care with the products I ship. They take the time to explain the important pieces of information I need to know when shipping fragile items. Glad that I choose this UPS store over the other locations—other stores do not have nearly as friendly employees working there!

wish I could give zero stars. ups started sending my packages to this location through no fault of my own. I have been made to feel like I'm inconvenienced them! and being told if I can't pick up my package same day I'll be charged! And because i know your ready to say it....if yall notaffiliated with ups Corp then change yalls name! wish I could request to never use ups again and would love for this problem. to happen to one of you and see what it's like to be inconvenienced and be treated like your the problem

Went here to ship a package with prepaid shipping label. They printed my label for me and had me out the door in less than ten minutes.

I will start off by saying today is a glorious day. Old man river with the attitude has finally been replaced by Jennifer who understands customer service and was a complete joy to do business with. Thanks Jennifer I now look forward to walking in the UPS store. The people have spoken.

I needed to take the time out of my day to recognize outstanding customer service. The new manager, Jennifer, was beyond helpful today. While I waited for my code to ship my return she was so friendly and gave me so much information about UPS. Her positivity was contagious. It was obvious that she loves her job and loves her customers. I look forward to the day I need to use UPS again for my shipping needs. If I could give 11 stars I would.
