The pharmacy here is absolutely terrible. Every time I come I have some sort of issue. The lines are always long and my prescriptions are always delayed or it ready in times. After waiting in line for over an hour I get to the window and guess what prescription. Still not ready. I ask why it was taking so long after my dr sent the script electronically and the pharmacist said I need to get out of line or he's gonna call the police. I report this to the 1800 number they call back after 20 days apologizing and that they will get to the bottom of it. Fast forward another month and same problem only this time Lee wants to have an attitude in the phones. Dumb bitch could here what I was saying but wanna act ignorrsnt cuz she was raised that way. This place is a fucking disaster l. Management don't give a shit about correcting anything and the staff is unfriendly and rude. Taking my fucking business elsewhere.

31 minutes on hold! after 10, i got in my car snd drove over to the location - circled the building to see 2 cars in line flowing right out, went inside and no one is waiting in the pharmacy - watched the girl pick up and repress me on hold again - walk up front to grab the manager and show her my hold time - as she’s speaking to the pharmacist - the helper decided to answer my line after 31 minutes - i left a complaint for the store manager and went out of my way to prove there is a very serious problem with the pharmacy here! You should alternate phone calls with drive thru customers - you do not ever leave anyone on hold for 30 minutes it is unacceptable and you were NOT extremely busy darling! And NO this isn’t the first time they have done this to me! Nor should the employee catch an attitude when she’s been caught in-front if the manager. Customer LOST!

I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for over 2 years I am put on hold for 15min every time I call to get my scripts filled. Plus 30-40min wait in drive thru to pick up! Seems like they are incredibly understaffed or lack employees who value customers time. About to change pharmacies at my next doc appointment.

I just want to give a shoutout to Kiashondra in the pharmacy at Walgreens, HWY 42. She goes above and beyond to help anyone and everyone. She answers all questions to the best of her ability and always treats her customers like she's known them for years. She definitely makes someone who is sick feel better!

No way should I sit in the drive through for 30-45 minuets waiting to pick up a prescription. I'd rather take the extra few minutes to go to cvs than to wait an extra 20 just to be spoken to.
