“Joe was unbelievably kind. He drove my car for a long time, hooked up to the diagnostic tester and determined it wasn’t the transmission causing the issue my car was having. “Went by the shop and asked how much for certain services. I wanted just to have the services done. I was told, when an oil change is done, they check your vehicle out to see what else you might need to have done and recommend it accordingly. I dropped my vehicle off the next morning to have it completely serviced. It turned out, I didn’t need as many services on my vehicle as I thought necessary.
