I've never had someone go out of their way to not help. I wouldn't call this person out because some days are just bad days. But this person must have thought I wasn't a mechanic and eventually started coming up with ridiculous statements to make me leave. I'm glad my commercial account is with orielys not autozone. They would be willing to let me walk to the back to find the items i need to get me out of a pinch. I was in a pinch and felt helpless at the one place that should have everything you need....

My day started in Harvey Louisiana. I work offshore and fly from Houma Louisiana. On my way to Houma, my little 96 civic died on me and I limped to the nearest autozone after discovering that the fuel pump burned out. When I got the store I was so welcomed by the awesome staff. MS. MISTY and MS.ANNE went above and beyond for me. Let me tell you, they got their hands dirty helping me switch out the fuel pump and they were so professional with how they quickly sourced all that I needed! They're still awesome people in the world and these 2 ladies are perfect examples! True heroes to me. The icing on the cake was how super clean and well organized the place was. Even the restroom was like a Ritz Carlton! I'm truly greatful for the assistance and hope that these women will be truly honored by the company. Much love and respect!

I went to Autozone to get a new battery and the manager Tiffany was the best. She was very kind and had great customer service skills and she also installed my new battery. She gets 5 stars.
