    Rode in from Detroit to the French Quarter and just had to bring home some authentic Louisiana, so I took a rode trip to Bayou Boucherie and they did not disapoint!! From boudin, to smoked sausage and bacon, they've got everything you need, and their graton? Fabulous. Try em out if you want to escape the beaten path... read full comment

    If you're even a little curious then you HAVE to try at least once. Love the jerky & a great go to green onion sausage. Everything there is good. Brisket & ribs are fantastic & just a great family to support, you won't be disappointed!
