Super slow pharmacy service. I go here because it's convenient to the location of my Dr. The store is completely empty, yet it takes 45 minutes to fill my script. Nonsense.

CVS in Raceland is very clean and well stocked with products. One stop shop for all your needs.

Definitely not willing to go the extra step for customer satisfaction. Use other CVS stores to print your photos. I use the CVS in Metairie, Luling, and Houma.. this is the worst one out of all the ones I've been to.

The employees were really nice. I asked if I tried a CVS brand of eye makeup remover (similar to L'Oréal) and I hated it could I return it and they said yes if I keep my receipt. Then they signed me up for a new CVS rewards card and sold my candy.

Seems like this store has repeated issue of not answering the phone. I have been called repeatedly by the automated system that I have a prescription ready to pick up yet I don't know what it is for and can't get through to speak to anyone. I called multiple times on many different days and same results of being on hold for over ten minutes to get anyone on the phone. I called to speak to manager who stated to take my number and would have pharmacy call me. Well that was three days ago and still no call. This entire store seems to have a don't not care mentality. To make matters worse, corporate is no better as I was on hold there for over 10 minutes as well. Looks like I need a new pharmacy!!

All the employees are very helpful and friendly. Always someone there willing to help you with store purchases and pharmacy needs. Thanks Christie, Mary and the entire team. We see your efforts in going out your way in helping customers the best you can. Keep up the great work.

This CVS is pretty good when it comes to taking care of customers needs. The staff are caring & pretty fast when getting jobs done. The pharmacy can be slow at times but when you want your meds right you almost need to expect that.
