“Dominique had not seen the problem I was having, but she knew who to call to get directions as to how to handle my problem. It took about an hour and a half to clear my problem. While she was working on my phone she was also able to take care of other customers in a timely manner. She did all this with a smile. She was also working the store alone that morning. She greeted each of the customers as they came in. She did not show any frustration.”
