I used to love this place till they started mixing up politics with the gym. And!!! Because Stacy started to look at me nasty like I was making her sick or something. Maybe because I was not wearing named brand clothes or because I’m overweight (the reason why I was going to the gym) and people making fun of the ones ( me included) who doesn’t know how to use certain workout equipment.

Locally owned, great gym with lots of options. There is something for everyone here. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Trenda was amazing! She hosted my students class field trip. The students were welcomed with a smile by the staff and were taught many skills. This is an amazing gym with such a welcoming environment!
