“Terrific. I'm a first-time customer. I showed up on Friday, 20 minutes to closing, and they helped me as if I were the first customer of the day. I really appreciated it. I certainly wasn't expecting to be helped so professionally at closing time on a Friday. I needed brakes added to a 16-foot trailer that didn't come with any originally; and I needed the trailer's decking replaced. They quickly provided me with details and a competitive price to do it. I said I'll take it, but asked if they would walk around my trailer with me and suggest any other improvements they thought I might need. We made the walk and found three or four other smaller things I wanted to repair or replace and then added them to the project. I left my trailer and went home knowing I went to the right place. They said it had a order.I could not get through to them that what they were smelling was Brightner and soap on the out side. But truly good folks and will continue when I am down their way.”
