“Terrific. I'm a first-time customer. I showed up on Friday, 20 minutes to closing, and they helped me as if I were the first customer of the day. I really appreciated it. I certainly wasn't expecting to be helped so professionally at closing time on a Friday. I needed brakes added to a 16-foot trailer that didn't come with any originally; and I needed the trailer's decking replaced. They quickly provided me with details and a competitive price to do it. I said I'll take it, but asked if they would walk around my trailer with me and suggest any other improvements they thought I might need. We made the walk and found three or four other smaller things I wanted to repair or replace and then added them to the project. I left my trailer and went home knowing I went to the right place. “Had two flats on my travel trailer in two days while traveling from Texas to Florida. After the second flat, I didn't have another spare so I stopped here to get two more spares before continuing with the trip. They got-r-done in less than 30 minutes at a reasonable price. “I had the unfortunate experience of being stranded in Louisiana when my diesel pusher RV fan broke and put a hole in my radiator. Being a 72 year old female, traveling alone I found my misfortune turning into a very fortunate experience when I found Kenny at Roux-Ga-Roux. He allowed me to stay in my RV while waiting on parts and durning repair. I now call Kenny one of my Godsends. He's easy to trust and up front about costs involved. I spent almost a week at his place and he made me feel safe, secure and taken care of. BTW, I asked him about the one negative feedback (the guy who said that Kenny took 80 gallons of diesel fuel off his truck while it was waiting on parts and repair). The truth is that the guy was pissed off by the length of time it took to get parts (during the covid pandemic).The extra gas tank in the bed of his truck sprung a leak and Kenny found all 80 gallons on the floor of his shop. I didn't ask Kenny how big the tank was but I'm guessing it was a 100 gallon tank (I don't think you can get an 80 gallon tank). So, point of fact would make me ask: If it was a 100 gallon truck and Kenny were the type of guy to steal it, why would he have left 20 gallons behind? You can trust Kenny, he's a fantastic guy.”
“Went out their way to get a great wash and washout. Went to load and got rejected Went back the rejection not their fault.they washed it out again I went back got rejected again. They said it had a order.I could not get through to them that what they were smelling was Brightner and soap on the out side. But truly good folks and will continue when I am down their way.”
