“We were just passing through and stopped for the night. The hotel is doing a lot of renovations so there are some things not quite finished but being worked on. Staff was super helpful. We had a problem with the air conditioner and they were helpful in getting us switched to another room. The area isn't all that great but it isnt the hotels fault. No breakfast offered, not sure if they advertised that or not. We got the room with Jacuzzi tub. The tub was in the bathroom, and no shower. I prefer to have the tub in the bedroom and a shower in the bathroom. For me, the Jacuzzi is for relaxing with my spouse and the shower is for bathing. But... That might just be me.”
“I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Hotel in Rayne, Louisiana this weekend for the Kbon Festival. Very clean hotel, great atmosphere, with polite and welcoming staff. I recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in the area, and look forward to visiting again.”
