The visit to this AT&T store truly changed my day around. I needed help with a very specific request, and who better to answer my cry for help other than the manager, Keg. Truly I don’t believe I have ever had better customer service in my life. Keg worked with me through my issue, had a bright and happy demeanor, and seemed genuinely happy to help me. For any of my AT&T needs, you can count on the fact that I will be going back to the Rayville location as long as Keg is there. AT&T needs to print this guy in a copier and make him the head of every location. Thanks again Keg.
