Soo yummy - I got the Trio and everything was absolutely amazing. Onion rings are homemade and the jalapeño corn bread was so good I couldn't leave it even though I was stuffed. 10/10 recommend.

Small restaurant with good food. Has little old woman working in the back that cooks with love and enjoys seeing her customers come back and bring their friends.

Awesome place to eat. It can be a little busy around lunch time.

The restaurant was very clean when we entered. The staff was friendly and patient while we decided what we wanted. I chose the fish box with onion rings and fries to go. That meal did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and delicious. The onion rings stayed crispy through the ride home! My kids ordered fish and shrimp and fish poboy. Nothing but good food! Bragged about it to friends! I'll be back!!❤️

I never had a chance to sit down and have a meal from here. Normally I'd order from here and someone would pick it up for me. This was my daily routine for almost 2 years. Never one time have I had a bad experience with my meals. Today I was blessed to meet the woman behind the name. What she did in my neighborhood after Hurricane Ida ripped Laplace and other towns apart will never go forgotten. I'm happy to have been outside dumping a load of trash when her and her family passed by. Those red beans really did hit the spot. God I wish she had a food truck while they rebuild. Ready for a burger and onion rings.

Can't beat Connie's. The fried chicken, red beans, white beans, fried pork chops are all delicious.

Horrible customer service! Rude owner or whoever that old woman was I spoke to on the phone. First, they do not list that they do not serve Louisiana caught catfish and shrimp. Why would a place in Louisiana not serve our own local fish and shrimp? if you have ever tasted Louisiana shrimp and saw the size of them you would know right away that what they are serving is not the real deal. So you are not eating real catfish but what you are getting is fish from a fish farm. Look up fish farming on google or look at that Netflix documentary about it. I will not be eating here again might as well drive to Parran's in Metairie. I implore everyone to make sure what you are eating is real Louisiana shrimp and fish. Support only those places that sell it. Support Louisiana fisheries or if you don't care what you eat and love the taste of overseas fish and those tiny nasty looking shrimp they sell then Bon appetit.

Fried chicken rivals KFC (I.e. not very good). If I ever go back, which I don't plan to, I would order ahead and pick up because service is on the slow side. The shrimp they serve are the same size as crawfish tails.
