“This place rocks!! I came in kinda late in the day needing a prescription for bronchitis. The pharmacist agreed to go ahead and fill it even though they were really busy and it was close to closing. Then, it is January so my rx plan had changed (I didn't have a new card yet!). The amazing pharmacist did the research and found my coverage and filled my script!!! Thank you, thank you!!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy staff. A++++++”

“Came here to buy gas and some junk food. Was kinda nervous seeing the bulletproof window but I guess I don't blame them when everyone has a gun these days. Cashier actually spoke English and was pretty cool helped me find all the stuff i was looking for without getting an attitude. Apparently the neighborhood must like them since i noticed going in there was happy to see him and asking about how they mama and dem doing. Really cool vibe with a nice cashier. He even paid for a couple kids candy. If you like to spend you money with some nice people who seem to act appreciate you come here. it's my new spot to get gas and some snacks.”

“Capital One is Capital One is Capital One. Take the good with the bad & keep it moving. My review will be about the location & ease of use. I love this location becuase it's just steps away feom my job & being in the heart of the city, its super convenient to swing by and grab a few coins for lunch and KEEP IT MOVING #stickandmovecapers #alldaylong. This is of of few remaining walk up atms with the avbility to get $10. Most require you to get $20 & lets face it, if you have it, you're gonna spend it. Small parking lot in the rear of the bank. And street parking is always available. But don't forget to be careful of meter maids are ALWAYS lurking.”

“I have always had excellent customer service at this branch from everyone. When I have had banking issues arise the branch manager has gone above and beyond to get them quickly resolved. It's conveniently located very close to home and my work location.”

“I needed a few groceries on my way to New Orleans and so I popped in . I needed water, coconut water, ice, etc. nothing too onerous. Well, people were quite helpful and friendly. However, no one knew what to find Coconut Water. Eventually it was found, but I definitely had a lot of people helping me. Which, all-in-all, is a good thing.”

“I HIGHLY recommend using Fidelity Bank. The customer service here is unbeatable. I was having an issue after moving out of state and they went out of their way to help me solve the problem. Ms. Leslie at the Algiers location is a superb human with the best customer service I have seen. Banking with local banks makes a difference in the service you receive and it helps the community. I would never not bank local after banking with Fidelity. Thank you, Ms. Leslie and Ms. Lori (bank manager) for everything you ladies did for me. It is much appreciated.”

“This location is always quick and staff is super friendly. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mason on 8/28/23 and it was about 30 minutes before closing. Mason was super nice and helpful and even provided me with new information that was a huge help to me. I usually don't like going in the branch but this location i have always had a good experience with.”

“This is my favorite Capital One Bank in the area, there is always parking and minimal wait time to see a teller. Also I like the fact that I can sit at one of the tables and review or sort any paperwork on my visit.”

“I came into this branch a few days ago and was helped by Wyako Lindsey. She went above and beyond to help me and made absolute sure my problem was taken care of. Her customer service was top tier which is very rare these days. I was super pleased and thankful.”

“Only bad thing I can say is that they hire these people in the kitchen that don't speak english so there's a bit of a wait because they're not understanding what you want. Other than that the food was delicious and very fresh. The young that did assist my was so pleasant and helpful. I see what the crowd was about”

“Maria did everything she could to help us out of a really bad situation we were in. She really went above and beyond. She even enlisted the help of others in her office for seemongly impossible tasks. I would 100% recommend her to everyone I know and will never shop around for another loan officer. I felt like she really cared about helping me and that means the world to us. We will be eternally grateful!”

“This is by far my favorite Capital One branch in the area. The employees at this location are so friendly, they seem to go out of their way to be nice and they always go the extra mile for your convenience. At this branch, you can bring all of your coin change and they have a coin counting machine on site to give you your total and deposit it right into your account of choice (unlike the branch that is on the corner of Carrollton and Canal who want you to leave hundreds of dollars of change with them and then they "send it off" and you don't get a total until a few weeks later.... which I for one, don't trust that system). I have had only a few issues with my accounts and I ONLY deal with the people at this location. They seem to always have their "ducks in a row" and they know their stuff. Above all, they make me feel like they deserve my business and they appreciate me as a customer. I will more than likely not ever change banks as long as they keep doing everything they're currently doing. Good people, good service, staff members that I can trust. It's a great bank and I highly recommend it to anyone.”

“This place gets 4 stars for having good selection and lots of gas pumps. Their lowlight has to be the lines at the registers and only half the registers are open (a page out of Walmart's playbook). Let's hope they keep it to that though because Walmart is just a train wreck these days. Back to this place. This place has the worst system ever to access the fuel pumps. I mean you got people yelling and honking. Cars are everywhere like a puzzle you just poured out on the table. There was a couple making out at pump 3 last time I was there, so it's a loving place too. Good selection, a lotta pumps, yelling, making out, long register lines. 4 stars!”

“I'm giving it 4 stars for being here when I bought in my 2nd-5th time several years ago. The fee is too high at 11%. But the store is nice and clean. the kiosk is pretty secluded but in view of clerk. I find it hilarious that ghetto marts collect the cash of future millionaire's of New Orleans. Easier and more convenient than a bank.LIBERTY ATM machines now take cash for bitcoin at 8%. COINSOURCE Fee should come down to compete.”
