If I could give 0 stars that's what this pharmacy would get. You tell them you do not take a medication anymore and to please discontinue auto refills and what do they do? refill! not once but keep refilling and when I remind them I do not take the medication anymore they tell me not a problem will put back on shelf. Then when you actually call to refill a prescription it's out of stock they'll text you when it comes in only to tell you when you check they don't have an order to refill & you then show them where you have a text from them that your order is on order and you'll to texted when it's in. when you go in to pickup the order which cost you $21.87 last time it's now $145.89, oh but this is for 90 days so I tell this nasty little girl just give me for 30 days, she tells me I can do that but it'll be $45. and you'll have to wait for your order . WTH? I'm canceling all my prescriptions going to Walmart

The lady behind the counter was extremely rude complaining that too many people are handing in prescription and tell that to use and using us and an example, than we said we would go somewhere else and she just threw the prescription back at us, I am so sorry that I made u actually try to do your job today my bad

Beware of CVS pharmacists! The pharmacist at the River Ridge, Louisiana had an objection to filling my pain medication prescription and refused to fill it! Can’t be transferred to another pharmacy - have to go back to PCP to get new prescription. Love the way CVS pharmacists act all “high and mighty” and think they (she) knows better than my PCP. Think twice before bringing your prescription to a CVS Pharmacy — if the pharmacist has an objection to your prescription, he/she can refuse to fill it!!!

This place rocks!! I came in kinda late in the day needing a prescription for bronchitis. The pharmacist agreed to go ahead and fill it even though they were really busy and it was close to closing. Then, it is January so my rx plan had changed (I didn't have a new card yet!). The amazing pharmacist did the research and found my coverage and filled my script!!! Thank you, thank you!!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy staff. A++++++

I got a call from CVS saying my prescriptions where ready. I went in to pick up my prescriptions because it was actually about time for auto refill. I got nothing but attitude about them calling me because they didnt call me. I even offered to show them my phone. Ok still fine. I say well when will it be ready? He says 15 minutes. I say ok ill come back tomorrow. Still ok. I walk around to pick up a few things and the two employees along with the pharmacist start talking about me literally right in front of me. Now with all the pharmacies out there why do i chose CVS again?
