“This Dollar Tree used to be very disappointing. It didn't matter that everything was a dollar. The store was poorly stocked, bare shelved at times, and you...I could really never find what I was looking for, at this store. I shop here because...you know why?? I am a glutton for punishment. Buying on impulse for grandkids and needing unnecessary households items. Who needs six bottles of soft soap?? ME!!! I do!!! Well this pricing has gone up...the name hasn't changed on the building though. There is a banner in the window. Those extra little quarters add up quickly. I went in for some retail remorse recently. $76.00 later, I walked away with four little bags and a whole lot of what happened. I had to look at the receipt and check it again. There used to be a time when that amount of dough spent, you would have had to take the ? cart to the car. ANYWHO!!! Felt some type of way about that. Customer service is decent. It would not make me boycott shopping there...yet. YES...there is a list. The only only negative interaction that I ever had in the store, was not even with an employee. This "tall, red, "light skinned" curly headed, heavy set, African American, older woman" who restocks the greetings cards. Her Attitude and whole demeanor is stank?. If she works for HALLMARK, good Lord. That's like sending your best friend out to swim with sharks with bologna in his pockets - BAD BUSINESS!!! As everyone mentioned in various postings, the lines for check out are confirmed ? slow..and most of the time one line open. Merchandise offerings for the $1.25 price point have stepped up. They now offer a $3, $5 aisle. Toys for the kids have minimized, they really aren't like they used to be stocked. The arts and crafts aisle is looking good. This store looks like it is finally trying to get it together. It was alot more organized and fully stocked than any other time that I have been here. Kudos to the store manager and staff...keep up the good work.”
“Went for puppy pads and treats for my dogs as always I tend to spend more than expected when I go there and always buy unplanned items but I kept my budget under 30 dollars. I was able to buy 28 puppy pads for under 9.00 dollars. More cheaper than anywhere else. Dollar tree is my happy place.... Very pleased with my purchases today as always and will definitely recommend..... Especially if you are watching your dollars....”
“Great items found precious initials to put on gifts, Christmas cards in cellophane such nice cards, those are 1.25, not .50 cents. But they are better. Pretty coaster, good gift idea, will wrap with twine to dress them up for presentation. Found perfect size wooden rings, 5 to the pack to crochet teething rings. Couldn't find them anywhere else especially for the price.”
“I like the staff. Only reason not 5 stars is there's only like 2 or 3 registers, and when they get a sporadic rush, more workers should be available. But I love all the employees I've ever encountered”

“I love the fact that they open @ 8am.The store is clean . Sometimes there is unpacked stock on certain isles which i avoid . I shop for specific items , therefore I'm in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The people that I meet are friendly & polite!? Their prices are good & they have frequent sales . It still is one of my favorite places to buy reasonably priced items .?10/05/23 I love Family Dollars stores b/ c I can always afford to shop there & have extra money left. I dropped in to check out how many new things I can see. The cashier was friendly & helpful & the store was well stocked .”

“It's Dollar General, variety of items but they have been short stocked lately. If you are looking for something particular It's a gamble. Stock changes regularly depending on what comes on the truck.”
“They were quick & convenient with refund upon returning items, however, make sure its a $1.25 if that's what you are looking to buy, cause the more expensive over $1.25 to $5 isle stuff is spreading to other parts of the store.”

“They have so many home improvement items that are $1.25 each here and $7-8 at Home Depot or Lowes. I highly suggest that you buy your tape measures, paint brushes and supplies, spackle and many other items here. You will save a ton of money and the quality is the same or better.”
“To prevent shoplifting, I was asked to leave my bag next to the cash register at the store (there is a cash register in front of the entrance).
It seems to be run by an elderly couple.
Because there are no stores nearby,

“I wasn't even aware this location was even here! I love the Dollar General! Reasonable prices, well organized. Parking lot is shared with the furniture store next door. Plenty of inventory. Great shopping when your on a budget.”
“It was a bit cluttered but at least I was able to find what I needed. I went to Earhart because it was closer and NOTHING was out even though the app says they have it in stock? Weird! I was able to find what I needed in here.”

“This is our neighborhood FD & I'm VERY surprised BC its usually cluttered with boxes down every isle, employees r rude BUT they moved the register to the other side & it was VERY nice! The employees were friendly & pleasant. So I'm really excited BC we all go here often. Keep it up FD!!”

“I do not blame the workers or management! Dollar Gen. Inc needs to get organized! How can you renovate a store, make necessary upgrades, but yesterday I in the store. The rain was coming into the store like there was no roof above! Corporate needs to monitor and check the work of outside contractors! This issue has been ongoing since before the renovation! The workers do a wonderful job with the store! The store is understaffed!”

“The store has really cleaned up itself. No more long lines and unprofessional workers. They actually have shopping baskets now and don’t treat you like a criminal. You can definitely tell they change staff and management and boy did this change everyone’s shopping experience. You can come here now. They have workers that actually work and don’t sit on their phones all day and FaceTime each other. Whoever is responsible thanks for stepping in. This is a really good spot on broad to have a business. And it’s good to have a dollar store around. “Placed a pick up order. When it got to be well past the pick up time I went there to see what the deal was. Turns out they didn't hear the alert and I was their first pick up order. I have to say they certainly hustled to get my order together. I could tell they really gave it 100% of their attention, for that I give 5 stars. With that ethic that store may be the star of the West Bank!”
“I'm glad they opened this store close to my house, I'm in and out, friendly service, convenient, however, the last several times shopping there I've noticed how unclean it was, boxes in every isle, clothes and other merchandise on the floor which makes it difficult to get the shopping carts down the isles.”

“The store was being stocked with every aisle having boxes. Several aisles being restocked were arranged neatly and well organized except for customers who just throw things when rummaging through the shelves ? No consideration!!
Only one cashier available for such a busy store! He was polite and patient amid the long line. The manager works hard to keep the Airline store well stocked and to run smoothly. She actually opened a register to help the cashier! I just don't understand how the public discards items around the store especially frozen food on shelves. It doesn't take much time to walk back to coolers and return the product to its rightful place! I gave my rating as 4 stars because the Dollar Tree corporation needs to pay their employees more and schedule two or more cashiers at that store during busy store hours! Perhaps have a person to do shop backs and tidy store shelves.”

“This store has a better selection than the other $Generals in this area. The merchandising is pretty decent, the personnel is friendly, my only complaint is there is always big pallets of merchandise blocking the aisles. Other than that this is still the neatest store around here.”
