“I bought their guava and cheese king cake this week, it was delicious! I liked that it was NOT drowning in icing. Just the right amount to add sweetness without going overboard. I think guava was also an excellent choice for a filling. I would definitely recommend. I also picked up a couple of empanadas, they were also very tasty. I am interested in trying some of their other baked goods.”
“I got very sick on my trip to NOLA and felt lucky to find such a well-run CVS. They had all the medicines I needed and the pharmacists were helpful and courteous. The only negative is the neighborhood - I had 2 different men approach me outside this CVS when I was going to walk to my hotel. One was out of his mind on drugs. Didn't feel safe, so i went back inside and called an Uber.”
“Very good place for Grocery shopping. Not only they have very nice selections of Mexican food but also American comfort food as well. Bakery section also offers nice variety of sweets with great, great price. As well as the hospitality from the employees.”
“Parking is a bit tight. Mainly because they are always busy. However, they do work fast to get your food out. It is a hole in the wall. The food is AMAZING!!!! The customer services is different. They treat their customer like family and the regular customers treat them the same way too. Lots of s*** talking right when you come in so don't be alarm. I haven't order anything that I did not like. They will stuff as much as they can in your box or poboy. you will get a lot of food. The price is cheap too. Recommendations: Roast beef poboy. It get wet! get it with the cajun fries or gravey fries. The chicken wings are HUGE. get it with pasta! On friday only, they don't serve it on any other day, The gumbo or the yagama. It usually get really busy so I recommend you calling in your order.”
“The parking lot was full, so I was expecting inside to be jam packed. Well, to be fair, there were a lot of people inside, but you could easily move through the aisles. The restroom was actually very clean! Everything was well stocked and reasonably priced. The lines to check out were actually not bad! Amazing. Maybe this was all just a fluke, but impressive.”

“I am rating this, Walgreens pharmacy On Jefferson and Garden River Ridge, very high, and I'll tell you why. The whole staff has always been friendly to me. Considering how many people they are serving a day, It cant be easy! I've never had any issues. Today, I was in desperate need of some medication for my son, who has seizures. A pharmacist name Emily, went above, and beyond, to help me, because she knew I was in quite a State of panic. She calmed me down and assured me that she would take care of the script, and she did. I appreciate this so very much. I have two special-needs kids and the pharmacists deserve more credit than they get! I'm a professional Face Painter here in New Orleans and the surrounding areas and I work with kids all the time. There's nothing more important than our kids and I will definitely trust this Walgreens, to take care of my medication needs for my sons. Thank you so very much. To all of you in the store pharmacy, on Jefferson highway and Garden in River Ridge :-)”
