He showed us the size unit we wanted to rent, what the cost would be, instructions for using the storage facility, set up an account and a payment plan, and sold us a pad lock to secure the unit we rented within a time frame of about 30 minutes. Ernie's personality and friendliness is an attribute to being a great business manager. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and security at this Storage Boss facility.”
“We’ve been renting a unit here for about 8 months, and have no complaints. The office workers are always really nice, and everything is kept super clean. They have carts set up at every entrance to help with heavy things. Having a double layer of security (you need a code to get in the gate, and the doors) makes me feel safer for both my things and myself when we’re there after dark.”

“We needed a storage place during our move to our new home we're building in Madisonville. After looking at several different storage companies, we found Liberty Self Storage, it was a perfect location, easy to get to. The manager, Tiffany, was so great in showing us around & helping us select the right bin for our needs. It was very clean, & she even sprayed bug spray around the bin just to give us that extra help. Later we decided we needed a larger bin & because of some of the things we needed to store, we wanted the climate control unit. Tiffany helped us make the change & again took care of our needs. We love having the bin there & we also store our boat there too. We feel very safe with our contents there, has security gate, video monitored, & we can get in when we need with our very own codes. Liberty Self Storage will take care of your storage needs, like it has ours.”

I have a vehicle at local stg and was trying 2 find out when due(told u had lots goin on)! Dicoda, with call center really lifted my spirits, was so professional and kind!
