Absolutely rude women at gate and office.. Long line up mismanaged, appointment was for 4 am didn't back to a door til 6:15 am.. we drivers have other appointments as well I may never have to come here again.. walmart you have lost a customer and i am spreading the word about this place . BTW wasn't done til noon. And still took me an hour to get paperwork and exit the place .

Check in 1hr before appointment had to take bills to the office to get an door #, they gave me an door with a trailer there & said wait til it's move which took 1hr 30min to move, been 4 hrs now still waiting on a call from them..crazy thing is I only had 3 pallets smh I hate walmart system on how they operate on unloading & getting drivers out

I had a 6:30 appointment and arrived at 5:40 the gate person told me that there's no door assigned yet,to report to the delivery office,so when I got there she told me to go to door 219 and wait for the truck that is at the door to leave,it's been over an hr the truck that's at the door hasn't been realest yet so I'm waiting.

Typical Walmart D.C. Arrived at 0400 for an 0435 apt. Got unloaded at 0630 and did not receive by paperwork until 0730. Every person I dealt with her was very kind, professional, and willing to go above and beyond.

It took them 12 hours just to load a trailer that was supposed to been already preloaded now I will be late to my delivery.

This is ridiculous. You all set up appointments for what? If we are late, we have to reschedule, but it's okay for yall to take 6 hours to unload when i am on time for my appointment, but yet it's okay for yall to do this. Its BS

In and out in one hour and 20 minutes , arrived at 8:10 for 8:30 am appointment out at :9:30. It’s Walmart drivers expect to be here 4 to 6 hours. If it’s 4 or less buy a lottery ticket…and quit complaining and scaring other drivers….

FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING TO THIS DC!! WE HAVE ADDED THEM TO THE DO NOT RETURN LIST!!! WE BEEN CHECKED IN SINCE 1230PM. IT'S NOW 431PM AND THEY HV YET TO ATTEMPT TO UNLOAD US!! WALKED IN THE OFFICE TO SEE WHAT’S THE PROBLEM, SHE'S CLUELESS!! BUT I FOUND IT A LIL ODD THAT THE WORKERS WITH SUPERVISORS WERE HUDDLE ON THE FLOOR PRAISES THE WORKERS, LIKE THEY HAD A AWARD ASSEMBLY GOING ON WHILE WE OUT HERE BURNING FUEL!!! COULD HAVE DONE THAT ANOTHER TIME. SHUT THE PLANT DOWN. HECK WE ACTUALLY WORKING UNLIKE THE CREW HERE!!! WE HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH A WALMART, WE BE OUT 2 HOURS TOP. BUT THIS ONE IS A DIFFERENT STORY!!! THE REVIEWS ON THIS PLACE IS 10000% ACCURATE...DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Very inefficient, and the employees are very unprofessional in the receiving office. You feel like you are in a atmosphere where people hate what they are doing and hate that they have to do it. The upstairs restroom facility has a very strong odor as the sink and toilet looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days the floor was terrible. It's a shame in the amount of pride that employees have for there job as well as how miserable there job makes them it is truly sad. It's amazing how the places that don't allow you to be late are the very ones that don't mind making you late for another company. What walmart needs to do is use there trucks to carry from company's to there distribution centers instead of just carrying within there chains. as the trucking industry wouldn't miss a beat without them. It would be better off as it would be one less blemish in the otr industry. My company has flagged them so we do not return.

First off every time I come here these ladies are rude. Poor customer service and crapy attitudes plus they’ll give you a door that someone else is in while they have multiple doors that are open next to that not to mention you’re gonna sit here for five hours at least for two or three pallets. I’m not sure who runs this facility but They do a terrible job.
