If you are looking for PERSONALIZED plans and someone with knowledge- Nali is your girl!! I did not know much about working out or strength training before starting with Nali, but now I am so confident in my ability to use different machines, to stick to a workout plan, and how to train my body. I have gained such confidence and discipline in being physically active. I truly have more energy for my children and find myself encouraged and excited for my training time with Nali at Anytime in Ruston!! NALI YOU ARE THE BEST!

The owners Forrest and Nali have done a great job running the gym. The gym is always clean and in order. No matter what time of day I went, it was always well taken care of. The employees are so kind and are always working hard. Forrest and Nali treated me so well and made me feel like family. If you need a place in Ruston to workout, this is your gym!

Going to their facility was always the most peaceful part of my day! It was never crowded, equipment was in good shape and I always had whatever I needed for my workouts. Everyone was respectful the few times I needed to share machines with other members. Highly recommend!

I have been doing training sessions with Nali and Forrest and the other trainers at Anytime for about a year. I love them!!! They are so encouraging and flexible with me!!! The gym is great and I always feel so much better about myself when I leave!

this is the nicest time fitness we’ve been to out of the 10 we have visited throughout the southeast. Looks clean. Smells clean. Air conditioning is perfect. Not overcrowded. Nice staff. Lots of different rooms. All the equipment you want. Including things like freeways and machines. Snacks you can get and pay for with Venmo, cash, or PayPal. 10 out of 10.
(my only complaint/suggestion would be that they get a pair of alternative wraparound plastic clips for their 45 pound dead lift bars. The metal squeeze clips are very tight and difficult to put on. so having a choice of another clip type would be extremely helpful.)

In 2021 this place charged me membership fees for 3 months after I cancelled. I called every day, sent texts, emails, and the manager was always “unavailable”. Called corporate and they said to take it up with the gym. Only got my money back by filing a charge dispute with my bank.

Owner nali is highly unprofessional. Wasted 1 hour coming there and back for her to stand me up. Will never do business with them again and suggest you don’t either! She is very hateful

I would like to start off by saying the gym itself is pretty nice and small. I joined about a year ago when my boyfriend and I first moved to Ruston. In August 2023 I went and cancelled my membership and let them know I’ll be traveling a lot and won’t need it anymore. I filled out the information on the iPad and turned in my key fob. In October 2023 i noticed they were still charging my account so i went up there and told them I came up there in August and cancelled my membership, the guy acted like he never seen me before and i filled the cancellation form out on the iPad again! In December 2023 i notice I'm getting charge again so this time i called and asked for the owner and i explained the situation and he asked to call me back. I never got a call back and they still charging my account. I even called back and someone answered and said they’ll have the owner call me back. It’s January 2024, I no longer live in Ruston and still being charged at a gym I haven’t stepped foot inside since August 2023. I need to be back payed from August til now! It’s sad because i really did like this gym but the lack of professionalism is terrible.
