Just went in to buy some anti freeze. After putting it in, I pushed down on my hood, and bent the holder thingy. I went back in to borrow a wrench to bend the rod back straight. Out of 5 grown, not one of them offered to help me. It's hard holding up a heavy hood, while trying to work under it. Shame on you lazy men!

The staff at Ruston Autozone are some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever come across. Their willingness to help customers shines through every time I’ve been there, and I’ve been there many times. Many of the parts I’ve needed have been in stock here. If they didn’t have a certain item in stock, they’ve ordered it for me and got it quickly, often the same day. The store is always well maintained and clean as well.

It really depends on who's helping you... At times they act like you not a customer, barely assitance, and some who who be helpful.. my last person was very helpful.
