I went inside to open an account. I was second in line, and they had 5 or 6 total customers. When I was called to the counter, I told them I wanted to open an account. They told me how "incredibly busy" they were, and asked me to sit for a minute and they would be with me. after about 15 minutes, the lobby was completely empty, and I could hear the two employees yacking with each other. I waited about 10 minutes, and got up and asked my teller if I could use the rest room. She assured me that she was sorry it was taking so long and that she would be right with me. I came back and waited another 10 minutes while they continued to talk to each other about how "crazy" the day was. So, after waiting for almost 30 minutes while the employees jabbered with each other, and no other customers waiting, I decided to leave. I took a long lunch break to get this done today, wasted for nothing. Why would I want to bank with someone who would make me wait to take my money? Other than when I went to ask to use the bathroom, I was never even acknowledged. I completely understand why this branch is failing.

Best bank ever!! I've been with them for close to 15years. They have never failed helping with all of my financial needs!
