This was my second vehicle I bought from Courtesy automotive dealership in Ruston, LA, and again I had a very good experience. Ms. Rhonda and Tod were very helpful with ordering a vehicle I wanted, I didn’t feel rushed. I appreciate the low-pressure sales tactic, fair trade value for our vehicles we traded in and the extra incentives that made the deal so much sweeter. The transaction process was quick and smooth, thanks to Tommy. Everyone up there knows what they are doing and they don’t miss anything, totally took care of everything! Also Ms. Rhonda is a great technology specialist, she walked me through and helped with setting up all the features in my new vehicle. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle or/and service.

Service department. I have went over five times for the same issue. I have asked for them to do a specific service that would guarantee for them to know exactly which part to replace they told me they did it. They did not do it I am still having the same code now I have more codes popping up because this has been since September I have been going and it is now November. I have warranty and this is the closest place to me, but I will drive further now because I know that these people won’t do their job.I really wish I would’ve looked at the reviews for the service department because they do suck not only that if you ever interact with Kaitlyn, the big boss in the back who doesn’t want to do shit for work, she will ruin your day. The manager even let me have one free service, which again all they did was clear the code did not fix anything and lied straight to my face and I would drop off my keys and they kept lying and told me that they would check it. I even had to walk out with somebody because maybe I am doing something wrong but nope, my keys were in the drop box.

I want to send a huge thank you to Mrs. Carey or Kerrie not sure how to spell her name but she was very professional, knowledgeable , kept me informed on the status of my vehicle diagnostic. This service center got straight to my jeep within a few days got my insurance company the quote for repairs. After being informed by my insurance my jeep would be deemed a total loss she made sure that I came to get my belongings out of the vehicle before they took possession of it 10/10 service

WARNING THIS DEALERSHIP DISTROYED MY 2021 GLADIATOR AND THEY REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT NOW I HAVE TO GO TO COURT TO MAKE THEM STAND BEHIND THERE WORK I HAVE 2 INSPECTION REPORTS THAY SAY THEY ARE DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE SHOULD BE A TRIAL

AVOID! Techs are not good and dealership untrustworthy.
Two times they screwed me over.
I brought my vehicle in due to a high pitch metallic noise. They said the front rotors were warped. Physically could not see anything wrong. They installed two front rotors. The noise was not corrected, still persisted as before. The rotors they installed are now with deep scratches and I have less than the 12000 miles listed for warranty. Now I have both of the front rotors that they changed with deep scratches. I had my truck for 60,000 miles with never having brake or rotor issues until they claimed the rotors were bad initially, which did not correct the issue I was brought it in for. So yes I’m claiming they were the issue of the ware as they had replaced the two that are now damaged in under 12,000 miles.
The shake was due to poor balancing. They were given two opportunities in which they said the tires were balanced. I brought the vehicle elsewhere and the shake was corrected with a balance. Given I purchased four tires from them which initiated this imbalance which I paid for a balance for same day of install.
