We have banked with Centric Credit union since July 2023 when we relocated from Florida.
We worked with Priscilla on a mortgage loan. She was and still is just incredible. She was always availabe for us. If she was at lunch or away from her desk , which seemed to be rare she always got right back with us. Always pleasent and the sweetest person we have ever banked with. We had been ( and still have 1 small account) members of a credit union in Florida for over 34 years but we fell in love with Priscilla and her team and therefore moved all our direct deposits and business to Centeic. We feel very blessed to have found them.

Been on hold since 8:06 they opened at 8:00 it’s 12:44 PM!!!!??? Horrible customer service skills! They took the bank down for 5 days and don’t answer the phone!! I’ve walked in and seen the phones off the hook! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!

I’ve had the most stressful time working with Perscilla. Ive been trying to get through this auto loan application for 2 weeks. JUST the application. Shes never at her desk and never returns my calls to update me on whats going on with my application. I was able to get in touch with her ONE time and one time only. I tried to switch loan officers but for some reason i ended up back with her. Now im trying to switch again to someone with better response time and even that has been inconsistent. I don’t expect anyone to immediately answer my phone calls because I'm not the only customer but at the least you can return the call and update me on whats going on. Horrible experience.
I miss when Mrs Dakne was there, she was amazing.

I love that Centric always aims to provide the best resources for members. The new Ruston ITM allows 24/7 access to make loan payments, deposits and cash withdrawals!

Centric federal credit union in Ruston is a great place to meet your financial needs. They have some awesome staff there that are willing to help in any way they possibly can to make sure members leave knowing there needs are met! It is definitely a great place to bank and you will not be disappointed.

Centric was amazing in helping us establish our credit!! We needed some carpet for our home and needed a small loan to help with that and to help us establish our credit. Our main bank at the time wouldn't do anything for us due to us not already having established credit and didn't offer us any advice going forward. My parents recommended Centric and we were able to get the loan that day with a cosigner. They were so friendly and helpful and took the time to explain how how credit worked.

Centric really does help you live better!!! They have refinanced my home and financed two vehicles for me!!! I have been banking here for 5 years now and have had no issues and they have saved me money with a lower interest rate. They are like family!!

If only you could speak to someone in the local office. There is always a callback request submitted but you never receive a callback. This is why Centric is not my main bank. Ridiculous.

Have a account with them. It’s ok but I’m definitely switching to Navy Federal Credit union. Centric cannot do anything on their end. You either have to wait a day or 2 just to get my number changed. I need my number updated for zelle and they can’t even do that. Smh. That supposed to be simple.Update!!!I called back after about a hr. It was a lady named Angela at the West Monroe location in customer service she was so “Amazing” everything that I was trying to get done for almost a month. She took care of my situation in 30 mins. I’m 2 states away for work and can’t wait a day and definitely wasn’t trying to drive back to Louisiana to get it handled. She gave me hope for Centric Federal Credit Union. She made my day even more better. Thank you again Angela!!!
